These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jetlist web application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Jetlist (“Jetlist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Jetlist is a tool for performing musicians to manage song repertoire, build setlists, and share read-only setlists with bandmates, including via text message. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (bands, songs, gigs, setlists, and member details). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
When you add a band member’s phone number and enable texting, you represent and warrant that you have that person’s consent to receive setlist messages from you through the Service.

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to send spam or malicious content; or (e) misuse share links to access setlists you were not given access to.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including ZITADEL for authentication and Twilio for messaging). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETLIST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
