This Privacy Policy explains how Jetlist (“Jetlist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Jetlist web application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
When you sign up, authentication is handled by our identity provider (ZITADEL). We receive and store a unique account identifier, your email address, and your display name.
We store the data you enter to use the Service, including bands, venues, songs (title, artist, key, tempo, energy, notes), gigs, and setlists.
If you choose to use the setlist sharing feature, you may add band members’ names and mobile phone numbers, and indicate whether each member should receive text messages. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add and message these numbers.
Like most web services, our servers may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers you add are used solely to deliver the setlist messages you initiate.
When you use the “Text the setlist” feature, Jetlist sends an SMS containing a link to a read-only setlist to the band-member phone numbers you have added and opted in. These messages are sent through our messaging provider, Twilio, solely to fulfill your request.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to provide it:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Jetlist, our users, or the public. We never sell your personal information.
Setlists you share generate a link with a long, unguessable token. Anyone with the link can view that setlist’s read-only contents (band name, venue, date, songs) until the link expires after the gig date. Do not share the link with anyone you do not intend to give access.
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You may delete your content within the Service, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls that isolate each account’s data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You may access, correct, or delete your information through the Service or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
